Ball bounces
In ball bounces, children can develop and challenge themselves with different bouncing tasks. It is a good idea to choose a basketball or similar ball that bounces. Give the children time to complete the task and proceed at their own pace. Children can also progress with the tricks at their own pace, according to their own skills.
One-handed bounces
