Ouch! Tag

Ouch! Tag is a fun tag game where all children get to be “it” at the same time. In Ouch! Tag, children get many repetitions of throwing. Repetition is important as it strengthens and develops the skill being learned.

Game Instructions

  • Children try to hit the adult by throwing soft balls.
  • When a ball hits the adult, they say “OUCH!”
  • The adult tells the children when the game ends.
  • You can also use larger balls, and a child can take the adult’s role.
  • You can vary the target, throwing style, or movement style.
