Clean Your Room Game

In the Clean Your Room game, children move around an agreed area using the slipperiness of the team vest. 1–2 year olds practice gross motor skills, especially pushing and pulling, which strengthen muscle strength and body control. As these skills develop, other gross motor skills for handling equipment also develop.

Instructions

  • Move in a bear walk or crawling position with the team vest under the palms.
  • Move in different directions: forward, backward and to the sides.
  • Add background music to the cleaning to make cleaning even more fun.
